Bar Le Relais At Hotel Negresco - Nice, France

This bar was very classic, English style and actually while we were there there were a table of LOUD English folk sitting and chatting behind us and the only other person in there was this older woman smoking up a storm (coughing up a lung too - see the photos below) and watching the Liberace/Barry Manilow type singer/pianist. It was kind of odd that they had this weird entertainment in this classic bar. Oh well it was a nice contrast from the loud English behind us. I had a pastis, love the stuff and drinking it in the South Of France tastes best to me, not sure why! Ambiance and atmosphere is what it could be. Randy had a martini. I loved the olives they brought over with the drinks. Tasted quite yummy with the pastis.
